The template for a Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month mailing insert is provided to assist MCC member organizations in communicating the importance of colorectal cancer screening.

Members may use the template to create inserts for organizational mailings, such as insurance billings and paychecks, or to create advertisements for newsletters and other publications. The template can be modified to fit the space requirements of a given mailing or publication. (Click here to go to the template.)

Suggestions for Using the Template

• Before printing, consider inserting the name of your organization at the bottom of each paragraph. For example, "The Michigan Osteopathic Association is a member of the Michigan Cancer Consortium."
  
  
• If you are using the template to create a mailing insert, consider printing the document on colored paper to draw attention to it.
  
  
• After printing the number of copies desired, simply use a paper cutter to separate the inserts for a standard business size envelope.
